Description
Adrenal + by Evergreen – (formerly Adrenoplex)
(Adrenal + Evergreen) – Adrenal fatigue occurs when the adrenal glands function below the necessary level. This can happen as a result of intense or prolonged stress, and also may show up during or after acute or chronic infections, especially respiratory infections. In Chinese Medicine Adrenal + Fatigue is considered to be a combination of 3 pathologies: Kidney yin, yang, and Jing deficiency, Qi and Blood deficiency, and a weakness in the middle burner. A long enough period in this state can lead to adrenal fatigue, premature aging, weakness, fatigue, lack of interest, drive, and satisfaction, as well as exhaustion of energy both physically and mentally. As always when dealing with a long standing pattern like this you want to address it on multiple levels. In Chinese medicine we feel that the best way to regenerate really deep deficiencies like this is with Chinese herbs.
When looking for a more modern day formula to tonify the deep kidney reserves, as well as nourish and replenish the qi and blood, look for one containing the following herbs:
Du Zhong to Tonifies the kidney energy as well as strengthen the knees and low back

Ren shen which helps to tonify the Qi, strengthen the Lungs and spleen as well as improve mental function.
